I'm 3 miles north of 540 on Six Forks, off of Norwood rd. I've got a baltic green MK4 Jetta 1.8T, coffee can muffler for my cat back, 18" OZ Aristo rims (stock R32 rims), and 20 or 35 percent tint (as of tommorrow, I haven't decided which percentage to do yet.)

On August 15th i'll be heading to college at UNC Charlotte, so I'll be part of the Charlotte "chapter" of NC Dubs.

so what was your opinion of the car? people generally either love it or hate it. its always the wheels that swings them one way or the other. i think thats why i like them now. im not familiar with Forestville rd. is it close by?

GoThingNC
July 14th, 2006, 06:26 AM
Forestville Rd is about 5 miles east of you off Buffalo.

About a mile from the new 540 entrance ramp.

i didnt like it at first either, it grew on me though. it had really dark tint on it, now that the tint is off it looks alot better IMO.

Yes,

The skull on the back has to go.
It needs to be glued on the side of a 70's Dodge van:p

I know this one. Is it green and black? IMO, I hate that car. I like a lot of unique stuff, but that car just gets on my nerves. Almost as bad as the "cow" paintjob on a Celica at SushiTime on Hillsborough St.

that wouldn't look bad actually. i always wanted a van, may as well go with a skull theme right?
