Safety feature - in a crash, some cars will turn on the hazards, unlock the doors, and turn on the interior lights. Or he may have had them on because he realized his brakes are teh suck.

It's a euro feature, notice the euro rear license plate...
I think it's something you can enable on US models. Mine does hazzards blinking of I slam the brakes going highway speeds.

nice I knew cars had little safety features like that, just never seen hazards flashing as ur wrecking here in the US of A
