need some advice on clutch ideas

Im new to the vw scene eastern nc, some of you may have seen me around i drive the black turbo vr6 w/the black wheels. i need some advice on getting a new clutch for my car, just wondering which would be the best one to get at a reasonable price, and if anyone has any clue on putting one on. thanks for any help.
