H will spike higher I believe, but has been known to cure surging issues with GIAC. J has a very steady boost onset to redline (not much spiking), I had it in for a while and like it, but changed back to the N75F(stock) on advice from travis.

How much do you want for the H? I have an Audi TT and it is surging with the chip upgrade. If I remember reading correctly, the 255 TT comes with the J valve? If that is the case, I will be willing to sell mine.
