Here is some info about it:

This car deserves better than setting in my garage collecting dust.
The best way to contact me is email: o2awsum@hotmail.com

Hell yeah!

Doesn't really matter anyway. It's a 1.8T in a Wabbit. What more do you need?

1.8T > world

whats this mofo dyno at?

That is a good question.

When I first got the car, I dynoed it in what I call 'Futrell tune'. It laid down a massive 129 HP to the front wheels and ran very lean. After replacing the fuel lines and the pick up, it made 168 hp at 15 psi , with real good low end torque numbers, but it was very rich (I was running a 4 bar regulator). Since then I've added the boost controller and the Forge diverter. It now runs real strong at 18 psi, but I've not been back to a dyno for new numbers. It would fry the front wheels when it was putting out 129 hp...

This is an early 1.8t that came in 99 Passat/A4, it has a cable throttle (pre drive by wire), and there just doesn't seem to be any real aggressive S/W available for it. To make it real fast you might need to go stand alone. Even in it's current trim, the motor can task the chassis (and your nerve).

if rabbits can withstand VRT's Im sure there is room for improvement

Yep, those 6'ers are quite rare... only a few hundred ever imported I think. A friend of mine and I thought we had found one rotting away in a guys back yard near wilmington. Had the 5 lug wheels, and the motor was in a shed. My friend ran the VIN in a registry and it wasn't listed. The owner said he imported it from Germany... We figure it had some Euro parts that made it appear to be a 6.

My 914/6 was not a real one. It was a fake. I put that motor in after I blew up the original at VIR. Some of you may remember it. It was a few years back during a THSCC time trial. I down shifted into the wrong gear and forced an over rev. I still have a jar of broken piston parts that fell out of the head after I removed the exhaust manifold. The new motor was a short stroke, big bore 2.5l six (crank form a 2.0l, pistons/cylinders from a 2.7l) with MFI. It ran great. Over square, quick revving, great throttle response. Not sure why I sold that car.
