G60's aren't any harder to work on than any other car. Mines been really reliable, just need to keep on top of things. would make a great project car/ fun weekend car!

same here. Never had any major issue. drove it home from va, and has made two round trips to Atl with no major issues while on the trip

He may have found someone...I'm on my way out there today. I am going to find out a little more about it; I think the g60 is the most interesting engine that VW has ever made...I just don't know squat about it :p

the G60 is a fun engine, it's different enough from every other VW motor to fall into a class of it's own, but similar enough to be serviceable by anyone with a moderate knowledge on VWs.
