it was a 99 alh 1.9tdi with the old style ecu so I had to spend an afternoon rewiring it for the newer flashable ecu to save me from all the soldering....

A little tuning last night and this morning and I have a solid "stage 1" if you want to call it that. Bone stock 215k car. These are wheel hp numbers. If you want crank # you can divide the 90hp that it should have stock by the 77.216 and then multiply it by the 99.74 to give you around 116 at the crank. Same with the torque 155 stock divided by the 123.367 multiplied by the 155.41 =195.25ftlbs at the crank. Not bad imo for a tune that never hits 19psi.

up next(maybe later this week even) adding a newsouth egt gauge to keep an eye on exhaust temps and pushing the power a few rpms higher. Then bigger nozzles go in.
If anyone wants a "stage 1" tune for an alh let me know. $250.
