How hard is it to change out the bushing in the supension and go with poly. Do you really need a press to get them in or can you heat everything up and use a rubber mallet. I found a aftermarket set for 50 bucks thats why i'm asking.

which bushings specifically are you asking about?

I was looking at a simular kit to this.

you will need to press the CA busings and rear beam bushings (if you replace them, not to add inserts, which arent worth it)

How long (estimate) would it take to replace these? If a press was there.

control arm r&r is about 30 minutes... maybe 15 to do the bushings if you have the right tools..

you can also use a vice to press them
