k0mpresd (10:39 PM 6-12-2006): i have a '00 a4 1.8t, atw engine code, i have a 3076r on my computer desk in front of my me waiting to go on my motor..could you help me out w/ software?

BmF Tech. (10:45 PM 6-12-2006): Sure! I need to know alot of info about the setup. Send your ECU with $749 shipped to our shop either at 113 edgemere drive annapolis md or 1934 lincoln drive annapolis md. We will need a list of all mods. including....

BmF Tech. (10:46 PM 6-12-2006): Blow off or diverter? FMIC? Nitrous use? What boost? target A/F? 93 octane? ported head? cams? Cats? exhaust size? intake style and size? Big valves? any sensor's you would like turned off? current CEL's if any?

BmF Tech. (10:46 PM 6-12-2006): What is your driving style?

BmF Tech. (10:47 PM 6-12-2006): We would preferably like to recieve this list answered in our e-mail at bmftechnologies@yahoo.com or in type forum in a letter included with the ECU.

custom code is out of europe

travis knows more about them

that bmf place is a dealer for them here in the states i believe

just seemed really strange..uh..yea..send me your ecu, some $$, and what you want done..seems a little too cut and dry

exactly.....like they have a way to manipulate for all those mods w/out having your car there. No way in hell I'd do that w/out having my car on the rollers.

Custom Code's parent company is called JBS auto designs. JBS used to be a revo dealer, and the develeoped their own line of software. Most tunes in europe have been done before by someone, then these people like custom code manipulate tables and maps.

I've talked with the owner of Custom Code before....maybe I need to give them a call again...

For that price you are just too close to SEM not to go ahead and go that route. The inspection makes that kind of a pain as you would have to be able to swap back to somewhat stock setup to pass the obd2 test on the inspection. Otherwise it has to be the best option by far.
