This guy has only APR 91 and a Injen intake and he ran a 9.052 in the 1/8th mile @ 79mph. I can't break 9.5et with stage II so it has to be the launch control or him to get that time! Time to call the dealership and see if my car is eligible for it.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JVXdKjzdcM

I think only 2007 models (build dates towards the end of 2006) can get LC, but I am not 100% sure.

I just got off the phone with Southern States VW of Durham and they had NO clue was I was talking about. She thought it was something for the seat and she is the head person for warranty's and updated stuff..lol. She said she would get back with me...wow. The 2008 dsg GTi's will come standard with LC and it's available for some 2007's now and she's never heard of it...sounds like VW employee's need to take a course in their own products.

yea i went to leath yesterday to try and get it done but they would not do it because they said 2006s cant get it only 2007s. you should be able to get it done there.
