mahle motorsport/scat rods

I am now a distributor for Mahle motorsports pistons. They are the top of the line forged piston for the 1.8t,2.7t and even will go in the 16v 2.0 I believe. They come in stock 81mm ,81.25 and 81.5mm oversizes with an 8.5/1 compression ratio to make room for a bit more boost:upyeah: This deal took a lot of time to work out but I decided since I have three motors in the works right now it was worth it.
Also I have 10 sets of scat rods coming if anyone will be looking for a set any time soon. I should have 5 on Tuesday and 5 more in the next month or so.

1.8t pistons will not fit in a 2.0 16v

rods are exactly the same, 144mm length, for both 1.8t and 2.0 16v

yea right that bore makes sense. I will look again tomorrow to see the other motor they work in.

mahle powerpak pistons are only available for the 1.8t and 2.7t, not for the 2.0 16v... ;)

I'm saying they are being used in another application as well. The piston was made for the 1.8 and 2.7 but works in a 3rd motor from what the guy at Mahle was telling me. It looks like it is the 1.8 16v from the mk2. The piston has an extra cutout for the 5th valve but will work. They plan to add VR6 pistons and are already working on 2.0t stuff right now.

they don't come with the pins. Pins should come with the pistons. Set of 4 rods $350.
