underglow neons

What are the laws in NC about having undercar neons? I heard that as long as it's not Blue or Red....is this true? :cool:

haha, the law is, the car cannot be percieved to be an emergency vehicle, and that is up to the discression of the officer. so, red, and blue, will probably get you in trouble, anything blinking and flashing, will probably get you in trouble.

i agree......i know someone who had white under glow on his car and the cops Still give BS about it.........so.....i say no to underglow......(hey that sounds catchy)

the worst is if they choose to enforce the law, they can impound your car, and you can be charged with felony impersonating an officer.

Its funny to me that those things are still around. I had them on my S-10 low rider (no comments please) 14 years ago. I got pulled back then and given warnings regularly.

the question becomes...if Stan and Travis were on a jet that was on a conveyor belt runway, Stan gets busy with Travis' numb hand, The plane takes off(cause it can dumbass) Are both Stan and Travis gay? If you can see the bulbs not only is it effin retarded looking its also illegal, i had some on my accord a loooonnngg time ago, but they were actually nice lookin i always got props, i basically hid them under the car and all you could see was a random red(illegal) glow, but i also had a kit, its hard to hide bulbs without any kind of lip/kit.

Yes that's what they would be used for...show and only SHOW. I've been doing some digging in the brain housing group and found it deep in my heart that I don't want them...this isn't fast and the furious!
