need help finding a place in DT raleigh

i need to get a 50 state criminal background check. i believe its at the dmv up there but i cant find it when i search for it..ive been there before i know its on the corner of an intersection i wasnt drivin when i went last time so i dont recall how to get there. anyone know the street name?

it across from the courthouse downtown, wilmington street i think, I'll check

wilmington between davie, and carrabus. That's where i went it's on the second floor, i don't remember the name of the office.
