I've heard of people reversing the way their Forge 007 or whichever DV they use. They claim noise difference,,,,,,,,,, other crap. Why the hell would you do this? It's loud enough as it is, and works well. Why screw it up? Or am I missing out on the coolest thing to do since screw apple pie on a kitchen table.

reversing the dv makes a bird chirp noise...I'm not sure why everone thinks it's the appropriate thing to do. With a piston valve the valve itself should stay in it's normal orientation.
If it's a diaphragm valve it should be reversed.
IMHO anything other than a noise from the DV is placebo, cause I've actually seen them hold less boost after a reverse.
