i got a carbonio intake on my MK5 gti and the 10k service is coming up you think there will be any warranty problems? one of the salesman at the local dealer says there shouldn't be a problem but im not completely sure.

there is no way to tell for sure.. it really depends on the dealership.

there should be no problem, if it does not cause a problem then there will be no problem and with the carboino you should have no problems at all.

It all depends on the dealership and how lenient the head service guys is. If he wants to be a prick about it then he can but he could also be cool about it and not say anything. There is a 10k mile service?? lol I didn't go in for mine or the 20k service.

10k service is an oil change and tire rotation with a big price tag.

with the carbonio just tell them its a oem carbon fiber replacement if the argument comes up.... thats all it seems to be anyway.
