How much oil?

I do not have my manual with me and was wanting to pick up some oil for my 02 tdi on the way home but do not know how much it holds. Anyone knows? Thanks

Not much I can say here. I would suggest a 505.00 oil (tho Rotella T which isn't 505.00-approved has worked fine for over 200k miles in many 2002-and-earlier model TDIs)

I'd spend a bit more and go for a 505.01 like Motul..... But.. I'm just hooked on that stuff...
