Walk out to your car and unplug the n112 and n249 electrical connections that are under the tray right in front of your intake mani. They are hard to get to but they are the smaller connectors. See if that cures your misfires @ idle.
I tried crossing the wires on these and the secondary air pump connection today. My idle went to poop like it did before. After disconnecting the wires from either the n112 or n249(not sure which one since I didnt mark them), the idle went back to normal.

dang thats pretty $$$
I just made mine myself out of some kinda thick sheet metal, and i got all the hardware from lowes
it was really easy too, i just used the stock gasket to seal it off as well

combi valve and all hoses are gone.
cmon Ian, youve got the creativity to make something instead of spending $25 on that. I ended up using a big ass bolt just slightly larger than the hole. Tap the hole, loctite, and push it all the way in.:D

hey kevin. After unplugging the n249 and n112 there is night and day difference. Idle seems really stable and there is no boggings anymore whenever the car cools a little.. thanks:oddeye-hellyeah:

Glad to hear it man. Time for a vacuum line removal mod day for a couple of cars. Taking the intake manifold off makes it so much easier to get those things taken care of.
I'm thinking it was the n112 plug going out, because the only two codes popping up right now are n112 and sai. The n249 code went away when I connectied the ends. Played with the map sensor last night and got that happy again. And zooyork reconnected the ground on my head unit :smack: so I was bobbing my head to "tribe" on the way home.

i dont even know why im bothering putting that on the car anways
i still have that air whistling noise...its actually getting worse...noticed some carbon around the wastegate a week or so ago..looked @ it again today..maybe i blew a wastegate gasket since the noise can be heard from the turbo/downpipe area
i also have a random hissing noise...abe heard it the other night @ beer night..its wack
and the car has mysteriously developed this idle issue...it will show really lean on the wideband and idle all funky..vacuum acts weird too
dont know what that could be...ive checked for leaks over and over again...found a few small ones..and fixed them...i swapped throttle bodies hoping maybe that was the issue since i had an intermittent throttle body code(s)
useless annoying as hell issues :smack:
