So I have decided to sell the corrado, my plans were to tear it back down and go 3.0L Big Turbo set up. Now I have decided to sell the car, and use the cash to fund the build of my wagen. I thought god I want a MKIV big turbo, welll I have mkiv and its a turbo so why the hell not. The motor was completely rebuilt in March 2007. The list of parts is as follows. The car has 140,000 some odd mile but I have replaced everry suspension component with OEM and Prothane.
Block was punched to 2.9L
kolbenschmidt 82 MM PISTON SET (OEM GERMAN)
All timing chains, tensioners, guides are new and the updated tensioner kit (the white one)
New Lifter, 050109309J Known as the light weight lifters
New Main bearings
New Rod Bearings
New Oil Pump
New Thrust Bearings
MKIV Headgasket
New Intermediat Shaft Bearing Set from FST
Cylinder Head was fully rebuilt I.E. Guides, Valves, Stem Seals and resurfaced.
CAT Race Valve Springs
Autotech 262 Cams
New Cam gears and Bolts
ABD Plug wires
New Cap and Rotor
All hoses are OEM New
Cooling System rebuild kit
Low temp thermostst
Low Temp Fan Switch
ABD Big Bore
K&N filter
OBX Header
Match ported upper intake to lower intake to the cylinder head.
TT Clutch kit and all hardware
TT Custom burnt chip for 93 octane (The program was written for all the mods above)
Weitech 60/40 full suspension package
MKIII sunroof conversion
DDI backlite guages
New tires only 500 miles on them
Kamie front grill lip
Euro front spoiler 90MM
TT 2.5 CAT back with a borla muffler

Im looking to get atleast 7500.00 for the car. Alot of the work that most people do to there car is already done here. The interior is the worst part of the car. It needs some TLC, I just havent had the time lately. The car is driven once a week and i hate seeing her sit. So I need to give her a good home.

I have more than 6000.00 invested in the motor alone and Eurospec has this motor listed at 4g's plus shipping, with no mods and none of the extras just and stock 2.9L long block.

Motor was broken in with mobil 1 0W/40 and switched to Mobil 1 5w/30
and its about 500 miles away from the next oil change at 6,000 miles. The oil was changed after the 20 min at 2,000 rpm Breakin and at 500 miles then at 1500 miles and then 3000 miles. It does not smoke at all. Come and drive it and see for yourself. I am also going to take some video of the car running and some driving videos to so keep checking
